Aamer Ashraf Khawaja Appointed as Federal Secretary of MOIT

Islamabad (April 2, 2018):- Aamer Ashraf Khawaja, has been appointed as Federal Secretary of Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication recently. He replaced Ex-Secretary Rizwan Bashir Khan (working since 2016 and retired from service few weeks ago) at the ministry of IT & Telecom.

Mr. Khawaja has also been appointed as the chairman of board of directors of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL).

Mr. Khawaja worked at National Security Division as a Secretary and an Additional Secretary at Establishment Division. He also remained engage to serve at Federal Education and Professional Training Division as a secretary. He also served as Director General of Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) with additional charge of the National Institute of Science and Technical Education (NISTE) as Director General.
